This is an absolutely beautiful place with amazing food and a most tranquil Spa, however, the highlight of our stay was the amazing and personable staff. Mauro at Radici, Alessio and Sergio at the Bar, Martin's and all the front desk staff are amazing! Additionally, the Chef here is a genius and we felt the food at Radici was a work of art!

Set in the countryside with the Umbrian Hills as the back drop it is beautiful. Pristine everywhere, its staff are attentive and friendly. The Pagoda restaurant for breakfast had a great selection of hand made produce with everything on all their menus being made from their own farm or from within 5 miles. The Chefs arw creative and the meal in the evening was testament to their expertise. The Spa was beautiful, relaxing and had more than we were expecting with an indoor and outdoor pool and various steam and saunas and a salt room. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was a real find! A little Umbrian Gem.

From the moment you walk into this magical hotel and spa I was greeted with such generous hospitality. I was a solo traveler and it was nice having the familiar staff who knew and called me by name. My table was set for breakfast every morning in my favorite seating area. The staff memorized my order which made me feel extra special. These small details were extremely important since I was traveling alone.

This place is spectacular. B & B type resort on an old farm. Gtounds immaculate. Cleanliness from top to bottom perfect, even in areas normally ignored (garage). Staff trained to "Ritz Carlton - Waldorf" level of service & beyond. Incredibly considerate & polite at all times. Two restaurants & full breakfast available. Large pool, perfectly maintained with staffed bar. All simply outstanding. Rooms splendid, beds a dream, toiletries by Hermes, bathrobes, etc, etc. A view from every room. Will return!

What a charming hotel at a beautiful landscape. The spa is amazing. I had a very good massage . The room is nice and the bed is comfortable. The food at breakfast and at the restaurants at the hotel is delicious. I'm vegetarian and I had good options. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—always smiling and available. The spa team were true professionals; we had an incredible massage. At the restaurant, they accommodated every special request without hesitation. The receptionists did their absolute best to ensure our satisfaction. A perfect 10 out of 10 — we are infinitely grateful!

I loved the hotel facilities and the size of the room on the ground floor, which allowed me to see all the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was great, and the restaurant area is gorgeous. The hotel staff are nice, and it's important for them to provide the best stay!
